LC-MS/MS

We have two LC-MS/MS triple quadrupole systems for quantitative analysis. The first instrument is composed of a Shimadzu Prominence LC system and a Sciex API 3000 with both TurboIonSpray and APCI sources.  The second instrument is a Varian 1200L. These systems are primarily used for:

  • • Small molecule quantification from in-vivo samples
  • • Small molecule quantification from metabolic stability assays
